Process Server Training Courses
In-person training courses on how to become — and how to stay compliant as — a professional process server.
Learn How to Become a Process Server in the UK
Thinking about becoming a process server, or want to make sure your team is serving documents correctly and defensibly? Our in-person process server training courses cover everything from the fundamentals of personal service through to the finer points of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and Family Procedure Rules (FPR) that govern how legal documents must be served in England and Wales.
Process serving is a skilled, often misunderstood profession. Get it wrong — an invalid certificate of service, a missed deadline, an evasive subject not properly documented — and a case can be delayed or even dismissed. Our courses are built around real-world scenarios so attendees leave with practical, confident knowledge, not just theory.

Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 6
The rules governing service of claim forms and other court documents in civil proceedings — personal service, deemed service, service by an alternative method, and when a certificate of service is required.
Family Procedure Rules (FPR)
How service works in family proceedings — divorce petitions, child arrangement applications, and non-molestation or occupation orders — including the extra care required when serving sensitive family documents.
